Didn't make a team this season? Tryouts are held in the beginning of June. Multiple camps and clinics are held beforehand to prepare you for a successful tryout.
TINY NOVICE ages 3-6 years old
An introductory team that teaches the very basics to our youngest athletes.
Skills include flexibility, rolls, cartwheels, ground-level stunts, thigh stands, and more!
Time Commitment: 1.5-2 hours per week. Wednesdays and Thursdays 4:30-5:15pm
JUNIOR ages 7-15 years old Level 1.1
Skills include: rolls - forward/backward, cartwheels, round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers
below prep level single leg skills, cradles, 1/4 twisting skills, preps, and more!
Time Commitment: 4.5-5 hours per week. Tuesdays 5-7pm, Wednesdays 5-6:30pm, and Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm
JUNIOR ages 7-16 years old Level 3.1
Skills include: back handsprings, front handsprings, round-off back handsprings+, back tuck, front punch
1/2 twisting skills, extensions, prep level single leg skills, flipping skills, full twisting skills, extended single leg skills, and more
Time Commitment: 4.5-5 hours per week. Tuesdays 6-8pm, Wednesdays 5-6:30pm, and Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm
STUNT TEAMS
* Revenge - SENIOR ages 12-18 *
Time Commitment: 1.5-2 hours per week. Mondays 5-8pm. Could alternate every other week.Skills include level 3-4 stunting techniques including full-ups, full downs, ball kick basket tosses, bajas, inversions, etc.

This program is for everyone not quite ready to compete. All teams combine to exhibition at local events and competitions. Ages 7-18.
Time Commitment: 2 hours per week. Thursdays 5:30-7:30pm
